Lifeplus Incaricato
If you're interested in pursuing the potential of establishing a home-based business, it's important to attain the status of an Incaricato (Incaricato alle Vendite a Domicilio), which is the recognised designation for referral marketers in Italy.
Individuals engaged in home-based referral marketing in Italy are required to register as an "Incaricato alle Vendite a Domicilio." This official status grants you the authorisation to engage with and sponsor others if you are based in Italy .
If you simply wish to order products through Lifeplus you do not need to go through this process.
Becoming an Incaricato is a three-stage application process
Step 1: Getting prepared
Start by creating a Member account. You can do this by sharing your contact details with us here or by getting in touch with us to assist you through the process.
This account will serve as your future designated Incaricato account (for sponsoring others), which is where you will receive your DocuSign documents. Additionally, this account will be associated with your online shop. It's important to note that once this linkage is established, you won't have the capability to place personal orders through this account. It is crucial to complete this step before you reach out to us, as it's essential for processing your Incaricato application.
Ensure you have a second distinct email address (different from the one used to register your Lifeplus account). This second email address will be referred to as your Home Account, where you will be able to place personal orders.
Step 2: Your application for Incaricato status (including video)
Start the application process by reaching out to our Italian customer care team. After confirming your identity, you will receive a link via DocuSign. Please be aware this link might take up to 24 hours to arrive, so it's advisable to check your spam folder as well*.
*Note that if you're contacting us via email and it happens to be over a weekend, the response time may be longer.
Ensure you have the following documents and information readily available:
- ID (Identification document) - with a picture to upload
- Fiscal code
- Two emails (including civil servant information – if applicable)

The Incaricato application in DocuSign consists of the documents listed below that you need to review, complete and sign. These forms are available in both Italian and German.
Forms within DocuSign that require completion:
- Domanda di Nomina di Incaricato alle Vendite a Domicilio di Lifeplus Italia S.R.L. (Incaricato Terms & Conditions and application form)
You will require your identification document for this part. Please ensure you have fully completed the complete section 12 viii of the application form - Dichiarazione Sostitutiva di Certificazione (Self-Declaration)
- Informazioni riguardanti i dipendenti pubblici e Autocertificazione (Civil servant information). Please make sure to complete the below fields with the name of the employer, the address and contact information if you have clicked box number 2 or 3.
- Privacy informativa e richiesta di consenso (Privacy Information) for information only – no signature required
- Guidelines and compensation plan
Step 3: Processing your application
We aim to process your application as promptly as possible (typically within 24 hours*), allowing you to potentially begin earning commissions in the upcoming month, provided you meet the qualifications.
If your application is received later than the 28th of the month, any commission earned will not be paid the next calendar month but held until the following month.
*Please note that applications received outside of regular working hours might experience longer processing times.
What happens next?
The application will undergo a verification process to ensure all the provided information is accurate. Once your online shop and home account are activated, you will receive a personal identification badge that designates you as an Incaricato. With this, you're prepared to start building your business.
To prevent any delays in commission payments, please fill out the Commission Transfer form for Italy, which can be found in the Community section of Lifeplus.com. This form provides us with the necessary details for issuing your commission payments. Kindly complete this form only after your application has been successfully processed
