How to order from us online

Shopping cart ordering: follow these steps

1. Product selection:

  • Find the product(s) that you would like to order. You can browse our product categories, see an overview of our product range or search for specific products.
  • Add selected product(s) to the cart and click the “Add to cart” button.
  • At this stage you can adjust the quantities in your shopping cart, then click “Update your cart” button. You can also remove a product from your cart by clicking the “Remove” link.
  • You can continue shopping and add other products to your cart.
  • You will be able to view your selected products in your shopping cart by selecting the “View cart” button displayed on the top right of the screen.

2. Standard order or saving with Automatic Shipment Advantage Program (ASAP order):

  • If you would like to order a product(s) only once, keep the tick on “One-time order”.
  • If there is a product(s) you would like to buy on a monthly basis, you will be given an option to join our ASAP program. If you already have an ASAP order and would like to make some changes, please go to ASAP management section or call us.
  • You can find out more about our ASAP program by clicking on the “Learn about ASAP” link and make your order ASAP by ticking the “Make ASAP” box.
  • There will be a pop up message with more information and by selecting “I agree”, you will be authorising Lifeplus to add you to the ASAP program and its benefits.
  • Once you have authorised Lifeplus to add you to the ASAP program you will need to choose a suitable date for your monthly shipments. This feature is available for new ASAP members only. If you already have an ASAP order and wish to change this date, please go to the ASAP management section or call us.

3. Checkout, Login, Create an online account:

  • Once you are happy with your order, click on the “Checkout” button to enter a secure area of our website.
  • If you are a new customer without a Lifeplus PIN, you need to create an online account to be able to login and continue the checkout process. You can create an online account on Lifeplus.com or on the personalised Lifeplus website of your sponsor. Select the option “New customer. I don’t have a Lifeplus PIN. Create an online account” and follow the instructions. You will need to
    • enter your sponsor’s PIN or sponsor’s name, your name, email address
    • create a password (passwords must be at least 8 characters with at least one capital letter)
    • select and answer security questions
    • enter your billing and shipping address.
  • Once you have registered, your online account will be created and display the information you have entered and your Lifeplus PIN will be generated which will be activated once your first order is processed
  • If you are an existing customer with a Lifeplus PIN (but haven’t placed an online order yet), you will also need to create an online account on Lifeplus.com. Select the button “Existing customer: I have a Lifeplus PIN, but not an online account yet. Create an online account” and follow the instructions. You will need to
    • enter your PIN, your name, email address,
    • create a password (passwords must be at least 8 characters with at least one capital letter),
    • select and answer security questions
    • enter your billing and shipping address.
  • Once you have registered, your online account will be created and display the information you have entered.
  • If you have already created an online account on Lifeplus.com, you need to enter your login details: the email address and password you created by opening your online account. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot password” link and follow the instructions.

4. Review your online order:

  • Once you have logged into your account and been through the checkout process you can review your order to confirm the details are correct.
  • Throughout the checkout process you have the option to amend products or update the quantities.
  • You will be given a choice of payment methods. There is also an option to save payment details for future use as well as to set the default payment method.
  • You can always review and update saved payment methods / addresses in your account area.
  • You can manage the shipping addresses by editing or removing them. There is also an option “Make default shipping address”.
  • Your shipping address must be within the country you are currently viewing on the website.
  • The shipping option is based on which courier will be used for your delivery and shipping cost.
  • To proceed with your order you must tick and confirm “I have read and agree to the terms of website use and the terms and conditions of sale and the privacy policy.”

5. Place your online order:

  • Happy with your order? Submit your order by clicking the "Submit order and pay" button.
  • Once you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation on screen and by email.

ASAP management: follow these steps

1. Login, create your online account:

  • You need to login to your online account in order to use online ASAP management; click “Login”.
  • If you haven’t created an online account yet, follow the instructions to create one. For more details, go to Point 3 above (Checkout, Login, Create an online account).

2. Create an ASAP order or manage your existing ASAP order online:

  • The details (e.g. your name, address etc.) from your online account will be automatically displayed in relevant form. You will be able to update them at any time.
  • The various order options will be displayed according to your selection: create, change or cancel your ASAP, choose or change your preferred shipping date and more. Enter a product code or product name for each product that you would like to order. The product description, price will be automatically displayed. Enter the desired quantity.
  • You will be given a choice of payment methods. Please note that the option “Direct Debit on file” is only valid for existing customers who have already provided us with their Direct Debit details.

3. Submit:

  • Once you have filled out all of the details, agreed to the terms and conditions, click on the “Submit order and pay” button.
  • Your order confirmation will be displayed on the screen and you will receive an email confirmation.
