Banana & Nut Protein Shake

For something that’s both savory and sweet, give our Banana & Nut Protein Shake a try. Blend the ingredients together and enjoy the complementary tastes of cashews, bananas, and peanut butter blended with non-dairy milk and our Solis Raw Cacao & Mushroom powder.

You Will Need the Following Products

  • 1 scoop (15 cc) Solis Raw Cacao & Mushroom
  • 1 serving (60 cc) Be Refueled Unflavoured (Neutral)
  • 1 whole banana
  • Handful of cashews
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 240-360 ml (8-12 oz) non-dairy milk


  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Enjoy!

Hints & Tips

  • You can substitute any type of nut that you prefer for the cashews, such as hazelnuts, walnuts, or almonds.
  • Other flavors of protein would work well with this recipe, such as chocolate or vanilla.
  • You can swap out Triple Protein Shakes or Vegan Protein Shakes for the Be Refueled.
