Water is essential to life. Our bodies are made up of around 60% water so if we don’t keep this topped up, we run the risk of dehydration and illness. You literally cannot survive without water.
For any movement we perform, balance is a fundamental aspect of it. Often it will come without having to think about it, for example, simply standing upright on our own two feet requires us to maintain balance.
It’s so easy to run out of energy. We lead busy lives, full of responsibility and we have to find time to work, relax, sleep and of course, enjoy ourselves though the things we love, like socialising and keeping fit.

Kick for a Cause
Join us at our football fundraising event for the Lifeplus Foundation at Aschheim Sportpark, Munich. The all-day event will include an exclusive charity football match between FC Bayern Seniors vs Lifeplus United, fundraising opportunities, and activities for all the family. Lifeplus United will be a team of Lifeplus employees and Members willing to take on the challenge.
